Narrative
My research concerns culture contact between Romans and non-Romans in the Upper Rhine river valley. I am particularly interested in how the indigenous peoples of southwest Germany adapt to the presence of the Romans and alter Roman culture to suit their needs. I am also interested in evolutionary theory in archaeology.
